Shajh LTD. is a manufacturing company that started its journey in 2021 with the aim of empowering rural men and women artisans . Currently, Shajh LTD. has several sectors under its umbrella, including Shajh Hair System, Shajh Handicraft, Shajh Textile.

Shajh Hair System mainly produces hair wigs for both men and women. The company’s factory is located in Dakshinkhan, Pakuria, Diabari area in Dhaka which is the capital of Bangladesh, Also some major districts like Gazipur, Jamalpur,Dinajpur, Mymensingh, Kishoreganj, Nilphamari where hundreds of hair wigs are produced every day and are ready for export. Rural women focus on these tasks in their household, such as cooking and eating, during their free time during the day, or even in between light work. Despite the hundreds of tasks they do every day, these tasks give them utmost satisfaction as an integral part of the family. So, not only are they a means of livelihood, but these tasks have become a proud expression of their identity.

Currently, Shajh Hair System is exporting hair wigs abroad, supporting more than 6300 female and male artisans under fair trade. Shajh Hair System has been working towards foreign exports since its establishment, including countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Iran, Dubai, Iraq, Australia, etc. Since its inception, Shajh Hair System has been working towards making men and women self-reliant.

From the beginning of production, the product goes through about 6 to 8 stages before it is ready for export, where each stage such as; Cap section, color section, knotting section, coating section, wash section, style section etc. are supervised by various highly qualified section heads under whose supervision trained and skilled workers from leading companies in the country like Bangladesh, China, South Korea etc. work.
